The SIA Close Protection Top-Up Course is necessary for all current Close Protection Operatives (CPOs). This course is needed when they renew their SIA licence.
The course is designed to refresh your knowledge, update your skills, and ensure you meet the latest industry standards. This training is essential to maintain your eligibility for work in the private security industry.
Prerequisites:
To enrol in this course, you are required to hold a valid Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (FAW) or equivalent. This certification must be obtained prior to the start of the course and should have at least 12 months remaining before expiry.
