Perry has over 18 years of experience across the security and hospitality sectors, building a career defined by leadership, operational excellence, and professionalism in high-pressure environments. Starting as a Door Supervisor while also working as an Office Manager in the asbestos industry, he developed strong foundations in organisation, compliance, and people management.
He progressed into hospitality and venue security, managing multiple venues and operating across busy seasonal locations abroad before advancing into senior management roles, including Area Manager across Cardiff. Perry has also achieved his Close Protection qualification and undertaken high-profile Residential Security Team assignments requiring discretion, professionalism, and advanced risk management.
Now Operations Manager at Assero, Perry leads operational delivery, develops teams, and drives high standards across security and client service.
